Party's members are greatly influenced by great economic thinker, J. Maynard Keynes who is still relevant even today and will continue to do so in future who suggested that in expanding economy, there should be moral limits to growth based on a proper understanding of the end of life and of the role of economic growth in relation to those ends. Such ethical society he called as good life. The party believes that we should put limit to maximization of profit and distribute the profits among poor reasonably to establish a good society as envisioned by Keynes. The party envision a new society ie new Bharat, based on harmony, peace and strong human values which binds all citizens in one body of society through secular golden thread originates from our past culture and tradition. This is the essence of our constitution. It is expected to be achieved through three pillars of democracy ie equality, liberty, and fraternity as enshrined in our constitution. The party envisioned a society that blurs rural- urban divide, disparity of all kinds that emanates from social biases, economic disparity, regionalism, casteism, communal biases, gender discrimination, ill health, insecurity etc.
The party will work for the creation of a society which is free from poverty, hunger, disease, deprivation, gender discrimination and socio –religious inequality etc. It is a party of all rural & urban poor such as marginal & small farmers, homeless, landless & asset less, laborer, women, members of backward caste and communities living in rural, peri-urban and urban areas. The party is of the strong opinion that their mainstreaming will create an egalitarian society free from all biases making India a strong Nation. The members have a long experience and exposure of governance in dealing with problems of the masses living in extremes poverty, unemployment, deprivation, hunger, disease, and virtually without any social security and cover. They have been continuously visiting such places and interacting with people and finding solutions and enabling them to join mainstream activities.
The Party has its genesis in its hard work and struggle done by their elderly people in rural areas for achieving economic growth with social justice and equity during last more than 10 years. Its core members having diversified background of working in the field of governance, technology development, law & justice, defense, teaching & research, public services at grass root, strongly believe that economic growth is necessary for development that should bring the improvement in the living conditions of the vast masses but the harsh reality is that in neo- liberal economy, high economic growth and social development are moving in opposite directions and enlarging gap between rich and poor. Even the slew of measures taken by different governments under inclusive growth policy is not at all sufficient to tackle growing disparities. It must satisfy the basic needs of all masses equally as a matter of priority. The real inclusiveness means a benefit for all. It encompasses the workers and peasants of all castes & groups, Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs, Minorities, women's rights and other poorest population of general masses etc. who should be benefited with economic growth that curves disparity. This will happen only by acquiring political power through democratic means.
The party's Members fought for their cause throughout these recent years by holding the meetings, focus meets, interactive meets, people to people contact by launching Jan Jagriti Abhiyan in rural areas of UP, U'Khand, MP, Tamil Nadu etc.
Constitution: As per Bylaws
It is a fact that in neo liberal economy, poverty and inequality is glaring due to government's top down economic policies, which hits poor and benefits rich as rich make quick profits beyond limit and its pressure, is borne by poor. This is happening in our economy.
The party's members got puzzled and feel deep concern with statics of per capita consumption (2004-05) of its population which was reported to be Rs 20/-- per day. The findings further shows that about 18% are SCS/STs, who belong to this group, are poor and vulnerable. Similarly, 10% Muslims and 20% OBCs also belong to this unfortunate lot of population. Those who are illiterate and poorly educated, they account for 79% of the unorganized workers with informal and causal employment, with no job security, social protection. The party vowed to work for the up-liftment of poor and needy.
The core philosophy of the party lies in empowering all the poor and assetless people, living in urban and rural areas by putting in relentless efforts for providing them political support and justice of all kinds through democratic means that would ultimately establishing egalitarian society where people live with dignity and respect.
The party is always motivated by egalitarian concept of society and will work to establish such society having strong roots of harmony, peace, prosperity and development, where all citizens live with all happiness, respect and dignity with out discrimination.
The party has been inspired by its great leaders and philosophers of modern time like Swami Viveka Nand , Lal Bhadur shastry, APJ Abdul Kalam , Dr B.R Ambedkar for their vision of new Bharat. They will follow the path as shown by these leaders and will strives to achieve its vision and mission through good governance of social and gender justice, strong criminal jurisprudence, education, youth & technology development, employability through skill & entrepreneurship etc. The Party will use digital technology in all fields of operation that ensures fast track rural and urban development including strengthening of local democratic institutions ie. Punchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Municipal bodies as legislated through 73rd and 74th amendment in our constitution.
